  1. They are both beautiful dogs! We've always had labs (and now a dachshund with an attitude). A golden retriever is on our list of possible breeds for our next dog and I would love for it to be a rescue.

  8. When I was growing up we had a dog who was part irish setter, part golden retriever. His name was Vader and we loved him. When our son starts asking for a dog, I may go in search of vader 2.0 :-)

  9. Your goldens are beautiful & lucky to have found a loving home with you. I grew up with many dif breeds including help raise a litter of 13 German Shepards! the last dogs we had were yorkies 9easier for me to take care of & no poop patrol, Ha)2 were siblings from dif litters & the 3rd was a rescue from an abusive household. they all were loved well until their last day. I miss not having a pet, but health & not being able to find baby sitters on the few visits we make hours away leaves me at a standstill. but I love seeing everyone elses pets & visit my friends who have them. thanks for stopping by & commenting! My hubby loves your editor name ( he is a firearm collector) I bookmarked your other blog for him to visit. Faythe ~@GMT
